Worst experience I've ever had! Truck broke down 2 months after buying from JC Lewis Ford Statesboro. These people don't care about anything but getting rid of cars. Stay away from this location! Their service department doesn't know what they are doing I know people who have left there with more vehicle issues than when they arrived.
Finance guys love to mislead you in buying a maintenance plan. Tell you all about the premium plan the.n come to find they seek you a limited plan that’s not worth the paper it’s written on. Steer clear of this dealer.

Grossly incompetent, they have been emailing me about service on a Ford f150 for years despite numerous emails of me telling them I don't live in Georgia nor do I own a Ford. I am getting someone else's service emails and they can't be bothered to fix it. Buyer beware, they will not protect your personal info and email it to some random on the internet

We spoke with a sales person before we made the 1 1/2 trip to Statesboro. He had everything ready to go when we showed up. The purchasing agreement went quickly and smoothly. My experience purchasing a new car was great overall. Everyone who assisted me was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and needs were met. The process did take quite a while, but that is typical and understandable. Both Mitchell Duckworth and the man in the finance department were exemplary.

The receptionist at the front desk was so welcoming to us. And our vehicle was presented to us spotlessly cleaned and shiny.

Takes 3 months for them to fix a vehicle and they let them leak and mold and mildew and ruin before they fix it. And wanna keep giving u excuses with no loaner vehicle to drive. And they file everything with the warranty company even if they’ve told u it’s covered under there 1 year warranty. And then after they fix it’s pouring oil so now they gotta change gaskets.. 🫠😵💫
