My experience purchasing a new car was great overall. Everyone who assisted me was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and needs were met. The process did take quite a while, but that is typical and understandable. Both Mitchell Duckworth and the man in the finance department were exemplary.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with jc lewis ford Statesboro. Our salesman Brian and the financial gentleman who completed our purchase paperwork were very friendly, very patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable. The receptionist at the front desk was so welcoming to us. And our vehicle was presented to us spotlessly cleaned and shiny.

The dealership itself was very clean and welcoming. After parking and walking around the lot a few minutes, I was met by Sales person Walker. Takes 3 months for them to fix a vehicle and they let them leak and mold and mildew and ruin before they fix it. And wanna keep giving u excuses with no loaner vehicle to drive. And they file everything with the warranty company even if they’ve told u it’s covered under there 1 year warranty. And then after they fix it’s pouring oil so now they gotta change gaskets.. 🫠😵💫
